Given the amount of Tuna I’ve noticed Hypoxi women consuming post session, I thought it might be apt to pick out the top supermarket choices for ensuring your tuna is ethically sound. (Just because they’re ‘dolphin friendly’ doesn’t mean other little rare critters aren’t getting involved in the process)

Given the recent round up of break ups we keep on hearing at Hypoxi HQ, us girls have been thinking about relationships, and what we women want from them….are we too hard on our better halves to be, well… the perfect man? Is it nigh impossible to leave them to their devices and love them for all their little subtleties and nuances? Are we destined to see men as little Rubix cubes, to which we can twist and turn according to our every day whims? The question arose over dinner the other night when my boyfriend announced that his weekly pizza night with his mate could be no more as the girlfriend had them on a strict Gluten Free diet.

Given that we live in a land of sunburnt country, you’d be right in thinking us Australians have our fare share of sun without even trying! Ten minutes of healthy exposure is all you need, right? Anymore and we are entering dangerous territory. Humans actually do create vitamin D from cholesterol (which is why fat IS important in our diet)
